Today’s April Fools’ Day. And, not uncoincidentally, it’s also Energy Wasting Day. And EWD’s human face, the Hummer loving, energy guzzling , wannabe celeb ‘Dan Power’ (pictured), has just released the first ‘anti-eco’ single into the charts to celebrate. In his debut music video, which you can access here, Dan is seen with a group of girls pole dancing around patio heaters, riding a gas guzzling motorbike and advocating all kinds of ways to needlessly waste energy. He sings: I got a car that burns up energy, it’s fast and red and cool. I got a house that’s leaking heat all day. I think that Al Gore is a fool. I got a special love for Clarkson, and a love for long haul flights. I like my food to come from miles away, I like my girls in fish net tights.
