Phyllis Frost: Australian; Dame; philanthropist; welfare worker too; helped women prisoners; Melbourne women’s prison called Dame Phyllis Frost Centre; what a mouthful; founded Keep Australia Beautiful campaign; died in 2004; aged 87 years.
